It depends on where you are. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days to Brisbane, 3–6 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, and 4–7 to Adelaide and Perth. Regional and remote areas take longer. Express usually takes 1–3 business days to capital cities, depending on postcode.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Queensland time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or on Queensland public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no identifying marks or sign of what is inside.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders ship with Australia Post, and we email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Australia, to residential addresses, business addresses and PO Boxes. We don't currently ship internationally.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, from our Narangba warehouse north of Brisbane. Click & Collect is free, and orders placed by 12pm on a weekday are usually ready the same day. Brisbane customers in eligible postcodes can also choose 2-hour Uber delivery.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we won't charge you to send it again.
