Click and Collect Terms & Conditions
The collection of Click & Collect Orders are available from Sex Toy Discount Warehouse Narangba Only
Sex Toy Discount Warehouse will contact you via email when your order is ready for collection. Orders will generally be available for collection within 1-2 business days from the date that you place the order excluding weekends.
Click & Collect orders cannot be modified once your order has been confirmed.
All Click & Collect orders have the same returns policy as all purchases and can be seen here
Click & Collect Orders must be collected within 28 days from the date you are notified by email that your Order is ready for collection. If your Order is not collected within this time, Sex Toy Discount Warehouse has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and refund you. An administration fee may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame. Please contact the Customer Service Centre on 07 3204 9108 if you’re unable to collect in that time frame.
When collecting your goods at the Click & Collect Warehouse, you are required to supply a copy of your Click to Collect Notification email or invoice (printed or on your smart phone) and photo identification.
If you’re sending someone else to pick up your order they need to bring:
- Their own valid photo ID and
- The order number and or Invoice (On smartphone or printed)
- If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.
Sex Toy Discount Warehouse reserves the right to change or discontinue the Click & Collect service at any time, without notice.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Order subject to relevant product(s) being in stock.
- Whilst we make every effort to have your order ready for collection at the agreed time, please note we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Please note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier than the agreed time slot.
- The usual Sex Toy Discount Warehouse Terms and Conditions apply.
- All goods must be signed for on pick up by an adult aged 18 years or over.
- Proof of identification and the order email confirmation must be presented in the warehouse before any goods can be received by the customer.
- Please note during major sales event and promotions, Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable.
