Wait for the email
We'll send a Ready for Collection email once your order is packed. Don't head over before it arrives.
Collect in Narangba
Bring that email and photo ID to Unit 5, 1-3 Business Drive, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

- Photo ID — everyone collecting must be 18 or over
- Sending someone else? They need their own ID plus your order number

Full Click & Collect terms
Collection is available from our Narangba warehouse only. We'll email you when your order is ready. Orders placed by 12pm on a weekday are usually ready the same day, and orders placed after 12pm are usually ready the next business day.
Confirmed orders
- Click & Collect orders can't be modified once confirmed.
- The same returns policy applies as any other purchase.
Collecting your order
- Bring your Ready for Collection email or invoice (printed or on your phone) and photo ID.
- Someone collecting on your behalf needs their own photo ID and your order number or invoice. We may contact you first to confirm.
- Everyone collecting must be 18 or over.
- Please wait for your Ready for Collection email before coming in.
If you can't collect in time
Orders must be collected within 28 days of the Ready for Collection email. After that we may reallocate the goods and refund you, and an admin fee may apply. Call 07 3204 9108 if you can't make that window.

- We aim to have orders ready on time but aren't liable for delays outside our control.
- Click & Collect may be paused during major sales events and promotions.

Click & Collect questions
How quickly can I collect my order?
Order by 12pm on a weekday and it's usually ready the same day. We'll email you a Ready for Collection notice as soon as it's packed, so wait for that before you drive over.
What are your pickup hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We're closed weekends and public holidays, and orders placed after 12pm on a Friday are usually ready from 10am Monday.
What do I need to bring?
Your Ready for Collection email or order confirmation (printed or on your phone), plus photo ID. Everyone collecting, including someone picking up on your behalf, must be 18 or over.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes. They'll need their own photo ID and your order number or invoice. We may contact you to confirm before releasing the order.
How long do you hold my order?
28 days from the Ready for Collection email. After that we may reallocate the stock and refund you, and an admin fee can apply. Call 07 3204 9108 if you need more time.
Is Click & Collect available during sales?
Usually, but it can be paused during major sales events and promotions. If it's switched off, you won't see the option at checkout.
