Quality control is taken seriously at Sex Toy Discount Warehouse. Our range is selected by an experienced buying team with decades of industry knowledge across products sourced from more than 60 suppliers in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA.
Many products are personally tested by our team, every item is visually inspected, and every battery-operated toy is tested before dispatch.
Even with strict quality control, faults can occasionally occur. If your product experiences a manufacturing fault and remains within its warranty period, it may be returned for replacement or refund under our warranty terms.
Before returning a faulty item, we recommend checking a few simple things first. Around 30% of returned toys simply have flat batteries, incorrectly inserted batteries, or lids that have not been properly closed.
- Make sure you are using the correct batteries. AA and AAA batteries can look similar.
- Check that the batteries are inserted the right way. Some toys use the same battery direction, while others alternate.
- Make sure the batteries are charged. If you do not have a battery tester, try brand new batteries.
- Ensure the battery connections are dry and have not been exposed to moisture.
- Check that the lid is closed firmly. Some lids need to click into place.
- Read the instructions supplied with the toy. Some products require a button sequence to unlock before they will power on.
If these steps do not resolve the issue and the item is still within warranty, it may be returned for replacement or refund.
Under the Sex Toy Discount Warehouse 12 Month and 30 Day Warranties, we will send your replacement via eParcel at no extra delivery charge.
If the returned item is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will also refund your reasonable return postage cost so that you are not left out of pocket.
These benefits are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
