This policy exists for clear health and hygiene reasons. Returned personal items are never placed back into stock, even if they are returned in their original packaging.
That means you can shop with confidence knowing you would never receive someone else’s returned product.
Quality control is taken seriously at Sex Toy Discount Warehouse. Our range is selected by an experienced buying team with decades of industry knowledge across products sourced from more than 60 suppliers in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA.
Many products are personally tested by our team, every item is visually inspected, and every battery-operated toy is tested before dispatch.
Even with strict quality control, faults can occasionally occur. If your product experiences a manufacturing fault and remains within its warranty period, it may be returned for replacement or refund under our warranty terms.
Before returning a faulty item, we recommend checking a few simple things first. Around 30% of returned toys simply have flat batteries, incorrectly inserted batteries, or lids that have not been properly closed.
- Make sure you are using the correct batteries. AA and AAA batteries can look similar.
- Check that the batteries are inserted the right way. Some toys use the same battery direction, while others alternate.
- Make sure the batteries are charged. If you do not have a battery tester, try brand new batteries.
- Ensure the battery connections are dry and have not been exposed to moisture.
- Check that the lid is closed firmly. Some lids need to click into place.
- Read the instructions supplied with the toy. Some products require a button sequence to unlock before they will power on.
If these steps do not resolve the issue and the item is still within warranty, it may be returned for replacement or refund.
Under the Sex Toy Discount Warehouse 12 month and 30 day Warranties, we will send your replacement via eParcel at no extra delivery charge.
If the returned item is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will also refund your reasonable return postage cost so that you are not left out of pocket.
These benefits are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where an item is returned as faulty under warranty, return delivery back to you is free.
Where lingerie is returned for exchange due to incorrect choice, a $10 delivery fee will apply.

Sex Toy Discount Warehouse offers a 'Unique Sex Toy Discount Warehouse 12 month Warranty' on all sex toys (excluding Male Stimulators and Love Dolls) with a regular retail sell price of $149 or more. If the item fails within 12 months of purchase, as a result of a manufacturing defect we will replace the item OR refund you at your discretion.
In the event we replace the item we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 2 working days of receipt of the faulty item at our warehouse. Please allow delivery time as per When will I receive my order? This offer is unique to Sex Toy Discount Warehouse and we are not aware of any other adult retailer offering a warranty as generous as this. All other faulty items not covered as above are covered by our 'Sex Toy Discount Warehouse 30 Day Warranty'. If an item fails within 30 days of receipt, as a result of a manufacturing defect we will replace the item or refund you at your discretion. In the event we replace the item we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 2 working days of receipt of the faulty item at our warehouse. Please allow delivery time as per usual. This warranty is unique to Sex Toy Discount Warehouse and we are not aware of any adult retailers offering a warranty as generous as this.
