- Metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–6 business days
- Remote areas: May take longer
Express Delivery
- Metropolitan areas: Next business day
- Regional areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may increase during public holidays or peak periods. Darwin and other remote areas can take longer for Express Post.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm AEST (Queensland time) are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next business day.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or Queensland public holidays.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents inside.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post.
Tracking is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Australia.
We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express delivery is available at a flat rate of $14.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If goods are returned to us due to inaccurate address information, we do not charge for re-dispatch.
