How To Use The Prostate Care Pack:

Easier than the gym, using this pump on requires 10 minutes per session, a few days of the week!

STEP 1 - Attach the penis ring onto the vacuum tube by means of a light squeeze.

STEP 2 - Apply a small amount of lubricant to the opening of the penis pump, and to your penis.

STEP 3 - Place the pump with the tension ring onto the penis head and start pumping.

STEP 4 -The natural pumping motion will rapidly and smoothly draw the penis through the ring into the vacuum tube. Stop pumping after you become erect then wait for a few minutes for a firm erection to develop, pump more if necessary. While waiting, both hands are free to continue with foreplay.

STEP 5 -After a firm erection has developed, roll the penis ring down to the base of the penis to maintain the erection for up to 30 minutes, and release the pump with a light squeeze on the pressure valve to remove the pump.
